General Sales Conditions
1. Price
a. GWD reserves the right to modify the price of the products in the sales confirmation if the price of raw materials, or exchange rates changes by more than 5%.
b. GWD reserves the right to modify the price of the products in the sales confirmation if the tax / import laws change.

2. Delivery Time
a. The Delivery times indicated in the sale confirmation are indicative.
b. The customer acknowledge that manufacturer  and consequently GWD may is free from any consequential liabilities or responsibilities in the event of any of the following:
i. Manufacturer decides to postpone the delivery time.
ii. Delivery is delayed due to circumstances out of control of  GWD/Manufacturer   due to any force majeure.
c. In the event the delivery is delayed by over 6 months the order can be cancelled by written notice by the distributor.

3. Packaging Standard
a. The packaging standard shall be decide by manufacturer to adapt to the shipping mode and quantities.

4. Termination of Sales Confirmation
a. The customer cannot cancel the sales confirmation without written consent of GWD.
b. The customer can consult with GWD with a written request atleast 60 days beforethe delivery time.
c. GWD reserves the right to cancel as sales confirmation if:
i. Customer does not accept the modification in price.
ii. The delivery is delayed over 6 months.
